Draft — not yet in force
Draft for legal review. This wording has not been checked by a lawyer and may change.
What this covers
Lexora Technologies OPC Private Limited operates Lexora Voice, an AI receptionist that answers calls made to a business that has signed up with us. This page describes what we do with the information that passes through that service and through this website.
What we handle
When someone calls a business we answer for, we handle the caller's phone number, what was said on the call, and any details the caller gives so a booking can be made — typically a name, a time and what they are booking. We keep a written transcript of the call for the business to read. We do not keep the audio of the call.
Why we handle it
To answer the call, to make the booking the caller asked for, to tell the business owner about it, and to show the owner what happened on their line.
Who sees it
The business being called sees its own calls, bookings and leads. Our service providers — the telephony and speech providers that carry and process the call — handle it on our behalf under their own terms. We do not sell it to anybody.
How long we keep it

Your choices
A business owner can ask us to delete a caller's details, and a caller can ask the business or us to do the same. Write to the address below.
